IBM Simon Personal Communicator buyer guide

Hello everyone! This is my first post, so I thought I should say hi. :D

I want to buy an IBM Simon in the future (next year, hopefully, because I don't have the money right now) and saw some for sale on ebay. I would prefer the A02 model, not A01, but that is not an essential requirement.
1 - not so full box (no stylus)
2 - no charger (not excited about that)
3 - full box A02 (my favorite)
There was also another offer somewhere which I cannot find right now, where someone was selling two units, but only one charger, I don't remember if it had the stylus, but I think it also had a memory card (are there such things as memory cards for the IBM Simon?).
Found it!
4 - two pieces (they look like A02) plus memory card

The problem is I don't really know what to look for to make sure it's a genuine phone (I would assume there aren't many fake IBM Simons around, but, for that price, I wouldn't want to get tricked and buy one).
Also, what should I look for to make sure it is in a decent working condition?
What are the things that usually break down first?

I found the fourth offer again and I updated the original post.
